Linda’s Deep Coaching methodology goes beyond strategy to work at the level of identity, values, and presence — the dimensions that determine whether a leader scales with their role.
Completely. All sessions with Linda are entirely confidential. Nothing discussed in coaching is shared with your employer, your board, or any third party. This confidentiality is foundational to the work — leaders need to speak with complete candour to make real progress.
Most executive engagements run 6 to 12 months, with bi-weekly or monthly sessions depending on the nature of the work. Shorter focused engagements are available for specific transitions or challenges. We build a tailored plan on the initial consultation so you know exactly what you’re committing to before you begin.
Many organizations fund executive coaching as a leadership development investment. We provide professional invoicing and documentation suitable for expense reporting, and can supply whatever your organization’s L&D or finance team requires. Some clients also access coaching through their company’s EAP or talent development programs.
Deep Coaching is a methodology developed by the Deep Coaching Institute that works at the level of being, not just behaviour. Most executive coaching improves how leaders perform.
